The Calgary Regional ACFA is proud to announce the holding of the second edition of the Francophone Winter Festival which will take place March 2nd and 3rd, 2024 at Cité des Rocheuses and at Sainte Marguerite-Bourgeoys School, 4800 Richard Road SW, Calgary, an event open to the general public.

The festivities will highlight family values and will feature folk musical performances celebrating Quebec, Franco-Albertan, African, and Indigenous traditions. A mini "Gala" will introduce us to emerging young artists from French-language and immersion schools.

The festival offers a variety of activities for families, youth, and children. In addition, an exhibitors' market will allow visitors to discover Francophone entrepreneurs and artisans from the region.

Maple taffy on snow will be featured, along with other surprise activities that will unveil the traditions of various French-speaking countries around the world.
