JCC24: The Vinland Club

Brother Jean is not your average teacher. He wants to spark his students' interest in the subject, and to achieve this, he leads archaeological digs with them, aiming to prove the existence of a Viking settlement on the shores of the St. Lawrence River. His superiors in his religious order disapprove of his unconventional teaching methods. Unbeknownst to him, Brother Jean will have a significant impact on the lives of his students, especially on that of Émile, a young man struggling academically who would rather drop out of school and work in a factory.
