The Just for Laughs tour is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year!

Five years since his last solo show, Moi, Mario, and after more than 1,500 performances of his previous shows for over a million spectators, Mario Jean returns in top form and with a desire to reinvent himself, grow, and surprise his audience once again. His unique, versatile, and engaging style allows him to tackle relatable themes while still managing to astonish them. Among the topics he explores in Aller de l'avant (Moving Forward) are human intelligence and folly, the joys and sorrows of aging, overconsumption, television and advertising, his children who still live at home, and he's even included a segment on sexual consent. The veteran comedian, a talented actor who juggles projects on stage (Je vous écoute) and on television (Léo, Les pays d'en haut, District 31, 30 vies), is thrilled to finally return to the stage with his stories and hit the road again: «I’ve been a comedian for 25 years now, and even today, people are still coming. That’s probably my greatest professional pride. Sharing my stories with the audience is what makes me happiest. It’s the ultimate! I’m aware of and grateful for this immense privilege of still being here after all these years,» emphasizes Mario Jean.
